The Independent Drug Information Service (IDIS) is an innovative program designed to provide physicians with an evidence-based, non-commercial source of the latest findings about the drugs they prescribe. The program is provided by the Alosa Foundation, a nonprofit organization that is not affiliated in any way with any pharmaceutical company.
The Independent Drug Information Service is sponsored by the PACE Program of the Pennsylvania Department of Aging and the Washington DC Department of Health and has no ties to any pharmaceutical company. Its clinical content is created by an independent group of physicians and researchers on the faculty of Harvard Medical School. All IDIS clinical materials are made freely available for non-commercial use at www.RxFacts.org.
